Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
Greet guests and provide product recommendations.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Keep the cafe area, machines, and equipment clean.
Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other essentials.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
Prior barista or cafe experience (preferred).
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
