Requirements

Education:

Candidates

must hold a degree or diploma in Hotel Management

from a recognized institution. A strong understanding of food and beverage operations will be an added advantage.

Experience:

Prior experience

working as a Barista or in a

cafe, restaurant, or hotel setup

is

preferred

.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of

coffee preparation techniques

, including espresso-based drinks, brewing methods, and latte art. Strong

customer service skills

with a friendly and approachable attitude. Good

communication abilities

and a professional appearance. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve

a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and light snacks according to company standards.

Greet and interact

with customers courteously, taking and processing orders efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

in the cafe area, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.

Monitor inventory

levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and assist in restocking when necessary.

Ensure customer satisfaction

by delivering prompt service and maintaining a welcoming cafe atmosphere.
