Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista with hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee and a variety of beverages. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertly prepare and serve a range of coffee-based and other hot/cold beverages with consistency and quality. Maintain a high level of knowledge about coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavour profiles. Greet customers courteously and ensure a warm, welcoming service experience. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and in service areas. Follow all standard operating procedures and ensure consistent brand presentation.
Requirements:

Prior experience as a Barista in a reputed cafe or QSR is essential. Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques, bean varieties, and beverage preparation. Passion for customer service and a friendly, positive attitude. Familiarity with preparing a wide variety of hot and cold drinks. Willingness to work in shifts and maintain store etiquette.
