Job Description

: Barista + Shift In-Charge

Location:

Bardoli

Experience:

1-3 years (cafe / QSR preferred)

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee & beverages as per SOP and quality standards Handle shift operations and opening/closing procedures Supervise baristas & floor staff during the shift Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints Maintain hygiene, cleanliness & food safety standards Manage billing, cash handling & daily sales reports Coordinate with manager for stock and staff requirements

Skills Required:

Knowledge of coffee brewing & machines Team handling & leadership skills Good communication and customer-handling skills
