Barista at BeCafe

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and specialty beverages according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers with care Prepare and serve light food items like pastries, sandwiches, and snacks Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe and beverage station Ensure food safety and quality standards are met consistently Maintain organized, clean workspaces including coffee machines and preparation areas

Requirements:

Ability to read and follow SOP instructions carefully Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and follow procedures, especially related to coffee preparation Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
