Indieboho is a curated multi-brand concept store that blends fashion, lifestyle, and culture. We're introducing a cozy coffee corner inside our store to elevate the customer experience - offering handcrafted beverages in a warm, bohemian-inspired space.

Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and friendly

Barista

to lead and manage the daily operations of our in-store coffee corner. This role combines great coffee-making skills with warm customer service and an understanding of a boutique lifestyle environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, teas, and light beverages. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment. Ensure consistent quality in drink preparation and presentation. Manage inventory of coffee supplies and place orders as required. Engage customers in a friendly and relaxed manner; make product recommendations. Collaborate with the retail team to enhance the overall customer experience. Handle POS transactions for beverages. Maintain daily sales and wastage records.

Requirements

Prior experience as a barista is preferred, but not mandatory. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and basic latte art is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A warm, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently in a small setup. Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food service.
