Job Description

Role Overview:

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, counter, and workstations. Take customer orders and handle billing (POS operations). Recommend menu items and upsell products. Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrup, and other supplies. Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed. Assist in opening and closing procedures of the cafe. Coordinate with the kitchen staff for food orders when required. Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (Training can be provided). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset. Basic math skills for billing and cash handling. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
