Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages (coffee, tea, and other drinks), maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea Greet customers, take orders, and handle POS transactions Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station and equipment Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drink preparation and presentation Maintain inventory and restock items as needed Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally Support the team with other tasks during busy hours

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages (training will be provided) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within the company Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
