Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Barista

to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment efficiently Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/payment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and seating area Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of beverages Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely and professionally Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-friendly attitude with a positive mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Barista or in the food & beverage industry Certification in barista training or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)
