Supervise and manage restaurant floor operations
Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service
Take orders and coordinate with kitchen staff
Guide and supervise waiters and stewards
Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene on the restaurant floor
Manage table allocation and smooth service flow
Assist in billing and closing procedures
Ensure staff follows restaurant rules and SOPs
Requirements:
Experience as Captain / Senior Waiter in a restaurant
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local language)
Knowledge of food & beverage service
Leadership and team-handling skills
Well-groomed and customer-friendly personality
Flexible to work in shifts
Preferred Skills:
Basic computer or POS knowledge
Knowledge of continental / multi-cuisine service
Ability to handle rush hours calmly
