Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and skilled

Barista

to operate our in-house cafe and provide high-quality beverages and light refreshments to clients and customers. This role is customer/client-facing and plays an important part in creating a welcoming, polished experience that reflects our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and staff in a professional and courteous manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, equipment, and workstations at all times Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages Manage daily opening and closing procedures for the cafe Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Handle customer requests and preferences with care and attention to detail

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Reliable, punctual, and well-organized Passion for coffee and customer experience
