Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and beverages as per standards Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment Maintain cleanliness of the coffee counter, machines, and work area Take customer orders and handle basic billing (if required) Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety standards Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables Handle customer queries and ensure guest satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art (preferred) Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude Prior barista or cafe experience preferred (freshers can be trained)
