Key Responsibilities Barista

Prepare coffee and specialty beverages as per company recipes and quality standards Operate and clean espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment daily Greet guests warmly, take orders, offer recommendations, and handle POS transactions Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation Assist with daily inventory counts and stock control

Senior Barista (In addition to Barista duties)

Dial in espresso daily and adjust brewing ratios to achieve peak flavor profiles Troubleshoot and calibrate equipment; oversee deep-cleaning schedules Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques, milk texture, latte art, and workflow Manage inventory ordering, reduce wastage, and ensure health & safety compliance Handle complex guest feedback and manage service during peak hours

Skills & Experience

Barista:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing coffee role

Senior Barista:

2.5+ years of experience, preferably in specialty coffee or high-volume environments Strong knowledge of Indian coffee beans and awareness of global coffee trends Experience using POS systems (e.g., Petpooja) and inventory tools Fluent in English and Hindi for effective guest engagement
