Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized cafe environment.

?20,000 - ?23,000 + Service Charge + Food

Duty Hours:

10 hours per day

Shift Type:

Straight Shift

Weekly Off:

1 weekly off

Salary Cycle:

1st-10th of every month

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including latte, cappuccino, americano, and other espresso-based drinks Perform proper latte art consistently as per cafe standards (mandatory) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter, equipment, and work area Interact with guests confidently, take orders, and provide recommendations Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service quality Handle coffee machines, grinders, and daily mise-en-place efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista in a cafe or restaurant Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art (mandatory) Good English communication skills (must) Well-groomed, customer-focused, and confident personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
