Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic
Barista
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision.
Assist in food and beverage preparation as per cafe standards.
Greet customers warmly and ensure excellent guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe area at all times.
Handle cash/ billing (if required) and process customer transactions.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Barista or in a cafe/restaurant environment preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, team player, and customer-service oriented.
