We are hiring Barista with Mocktail and Coffee Art Experience is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, non-alcoholic mocktails, and creating beautiful coffee art. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a welcoming cafe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both coffee and creative beverage crafting.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more. Create and serve innovative mocktails using fresh ingredients.
Coffee Art:
Create visually appealing coffee art on lattes and cappuccinos to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Service:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations. o Quality Control: Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency. Taste and adjust recipes as needed.
Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and restock supplies as needed. Assist with ordering and receiving inventory.
Menu Development:
Collaborate with the team to develop new coffee and mocktail recipes. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the menu. o Training: Provide training and support to new staff members on coffee, mocktail preparation techniques, and coffee art.
o Sales and Promotion:
Promote daily specials and new menu items to customers. Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
