Job Overview

As a Barista, you will be the face of Ovenfresh's beverage section, preparing high-quality drinks while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You'll be responsible for crafting espresso-based beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders with accuracy Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and utensils Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks Manage stock and replenish ingredients when needed Handle billing and POS operations if required Assist in training junior staff or new joiners as needed Adhere to health & safety standards and company policies Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a cafe/restaurant Passion for coffee and customer service Basic knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi Smart, well-groomed, and presentable appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in rotating shifts Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
