We at Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters endeavours to empower Indian Coffee Farmers with a no middlemen & no negotiation approach - sourcing directly from them. By sourcing the harvest ourselves, we can ensure both the quality of coffee as well as transparency for our customers plus a fair trade price and ethical treatment for the producers.

BARISTA

Host/Hostess Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks- including espresso, doppio, caffe latte, cappuccino, pour-over, AeroPress, Chemex, and more-according to established recipes and preparation techniques. Operate and maintain coffee equipment by following standard operating procedures, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring adequate supplies are available.Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating processes, implementing efficiency changes, and supporting the upkeep and visual appeal of the store and coffee bar.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service and client relationship abilities.Demonstrated customer focus and action-oriented mindset.At least 1 year of experience in a barista or similar customer-facing role

Education & Experience

:High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting preferred
