Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, teas, etc.) Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and equipment Handle cash, cards, and operate POS system efficiently Refill and restock supplies, ingredients, and inventory Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive environment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is a plus (training can be provided) Passion for coffee and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays Basic math and cash handling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of specialty coffee or latte art Certification in food safety/hygiene

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per month
