Job Title: Barista

Department: Food and Beverage/Cafe

Reports to: Cafe Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Barista to join our hotel cafe team. The successful candidate will be skilled in preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to cafe and hotel standards.

4. Operate cafe equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.

5. Collaborate with cafe team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a hotel or cafe setting.

2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso, latte art, and specialty drinks.

3. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
