Core responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, including equipment and work surfaces. Stock coffee supplies and ingredients. May assist with food preparation or sales, depending on the establishment.

Essential skills:

Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with customers warmly and professionally Attention to detail in beverage preparation Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic cash handling skills Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods (preferred)

Experience with specialty coffee drinks or latte art Knowledge of local coffee scene or ability to suggest pairings Ability to train new baristas Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
