Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista Partners to join the abcoffee team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining store hygiene, and delivering excellent customer service while following company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items as per abCoffee standards Follow SOPs for beverage quality, hygiene, and safety Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, equipment, and workstations Handle customer orders accurately and courteously Operate POS systems and manage card transactions Ensure proper opening and closing shift procedures Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (QSR preferred but not mandatory) Freshers are welcome; prior barista or QSR experience is an added advantage Good communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to work in rotational shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
