The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring product consistency, and upholding hygiene and service standards to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at all times.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment in proper working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, equipment, and customer seating space.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as required.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred.
Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and cafe operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
