Job Description

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages consistently? Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area? Engage with customers in a friendly and genuine way, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere? Educate customers on menu items and make personalized recommendations? Handle transactions accurately using POS system Follow safety ?and hygiene standards at all times ?Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:

?Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is a plus (but not required -- we'll train the right person!) Passion for coffee, people, and creating memorable experiences? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure? Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays? Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
