Customer Service & Sales

Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently (cash/card). Provide "legendary" customer service, creating a welcoming environment. Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints politely.
Beverage & Food Preparation

Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages following approved recipes and presentation standards. Serve food items like sandwiches and cakes, etc Ensure consistent quality of all products.
Store Operations & Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Clean and tidy work areas, equipment, and machines. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Stock supplies and manage inventory. Assist with opening/closing procedures.
Teamwork & Adherence

Work as a team to support each other and ensure smooth operations. Follow all store policies, procedures, and operational flow. Demonstrate understanding of all menu offerings. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
