About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista/Senior Barista who can craft exceptional coffee, deliver great customer experiences, and contribute to a positive cafe environment. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and have a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual-brew beverages Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards Engage with customers warmly and provide product recommendations Handle billing, order-taking, and POS operations Maintain cleanliness of the bar and cafe area Manage daily prep, stock rotation, and inventory levels Follow hygiene, food safety, and cafe SOPs Train and support junior baristas (for Senior Barista role) Assist with cafe openings, closings, and daily checklist execution

Requirements

:

For Barista:

6 months-2 years of experience in a cafe or coffee environment Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

For Senior Barista:

2-4 years of barista experience with strong technical skills Ability to lead the bar, train new staff, and maintain quality standards Knowledge of equipment calibration and basic troubleshooting Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
