Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards. Assist customers by taking orders and providing excellent service. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe and workstations. Handle payments accurately through cash and digital transactions. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

:

Previous barista or cafe experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
