Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at Mitti, located in Indore. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include brewing coffee and tea, taking customer orders, handling transactions, managing inventory, and assisting in training new staff. The Barista will adhere to all health and safety regulations and contribute to a friendly and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Background in Food & Beverage preparation and service Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences Experience in Training and onboarding new team members Basic Sales skills to promote menu items and increase sales Basic understanding of Budgeting for efficient resource management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,300.64 - ₹30,000.00 per month
