Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Barista

to join our private gym in Gurugram, Sector 16. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, excellent beverage preparation skills, and the ability to deliver a premium service experience to gym members.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and healthy refreshments as per standards Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene Interact with gym members in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and service area Handle daily opening and closing duties of the cafe counter Manage inventory, stock levels, and report shortages when required Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times Coordinate with gym management to align service with member expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role Background in

hospitality industry

is mandatory Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle peak-hour service Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented personality

Preferred Skills

Experience working in corporate industry, hotels, restaurants, or premium fitness centers Understanding of healthy beverages, smoothies, and nutrition-based drinks Time management and multitasking abilities
