Job Title: BaristaJob Summary

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality food and drink.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, cafe, and equipment Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Restock supplies and assist with inventory management Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous experience as a barista or in food service (preferred but not required) Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Attention to detail and consistency in product quality

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift and carry supplies (up to 25 lbs / 11 kg) Manual dexterity to operate coffee equipment

Work Environment

Cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant setting Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,217.05 per month
