MO's Cafe & Bistro is a modern Goan cafe known for great coffee, clean food, and warm, thoughtful hospitality. We're looking for a

friendly, detail-oriented Barista

who enjoys working with people, cares about quality, and takes pride in their craft.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations Upsell specials and house favourites naturally Take accurate orders and handle payments Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station Ensure brewing equipment is used and maintained correctly Share guest feedback and ideas with the team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Barista or in a cafe/restaurant role Comfortable using espresso machines and brewing equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and consistency Ability to work flexible shifts Basic math and cash-handling skills Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
