About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and passionate Barista to join our cafe team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our cafe, responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe area at all times Assist in maintaining stock levels and placing inventory orders as needed Handle customer complaints or queries in a friendly and professional manner Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Support the team in opening/closing duties and general upkeep Promote any seasonal or special menu items Maintain a cheerful and cooperative attitude under pressure

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory) Passion for coffee and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Barista certification or training (optional) Familiarity with POS systems Interest in learning and experimenting with new beverages
