Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled All-Rounder Barista with experience in preparing mocktails/ Coffee to join our team at Mykonos, A premium fine dine 180 seater restaurant in Surat. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and beverage preparation, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and mocktails to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and work area. Greet and interact with customers, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction. Handle cash register, process payments, and manage customer orders efficiently. Stock and organize inventory, ensuring all supplies are fresh and available. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Ensure all drinks are prepared according to recipe standards and specifications. Follow health and safety regulations, maintaining hygiene and food safety practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a barista with mocktail preparation skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
