Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Barista

to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to craft high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) with precision and consistency.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and making recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating area, and workstations.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.

Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.

Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Engage with customers, creating a friendly and inviting cafe experience.

Requirements & Skills:

Previous experience as a

barista

or in a cafe setting (preferred but not mandatory; training provided).

Knowledge of

coffee brewing techniques

and different types of coffee.

Strong

customer service

and

communication skills

.

Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

and multitask efficiently.

Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation.

Flexibility to work

mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹21,989.17 per month
