Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Barista

to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to craft high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) with precision and consistency.
? Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
? Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and making recommendations.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating area, and workstations.
? Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
? Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling.
? Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
? Engage with customers, creating a friendly and inviting cafe experience.

Requirements & Skills:

? Previous experience as a

barista

or in a cafe setting (preferred but not mandatory; training provided).
? Knowledge of

coffee brewing techniques

and different types of coffee.
? Strong

customer service

and

communication skills

.
? Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

and multitask efficiently.
? Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation.
? Flexibility to work

mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?21,989.17 per month
