Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks)

Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders

Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages

Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, coffee machines, and work area

Handle cash, POS billing, and digital payments accurately

Restock ingredients and supplies as required

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely

Support team members during peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
