Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Barista

to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, skilled in beverage preparation, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks as per standard recipes Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment efficiently Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take orders accurately and handle billing/cashiering if required Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages Manage mise en place and stock for the barista counter Assist in opening and closing duties of the cafe Handle customer feedback and resolve basic complaints politely

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) Willingness to learn specialty coffee and brewing techniques Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Team player with a positive attitude

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (Freshers can apply if they have any Barista certification) Any barista certification or coffee training is an added advantage Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
