Job Description

We are a small, nature-inspired cafe focused on sustainability, slow coffee, and mindful brewing. We're looking for someone who truly cares about coffee--from where it comes from to how it's served.

What You'll Do

Prepare cold brew, French press, and other manual coffee methods. Work with high-quality, single-origin, responsibly sourced beans. Explain coffee flavours and origins to guests in a simple, friendly way. Create clean, seasonal brews with minimal waste. Follow calm, thoughtful, and mindful brewing practices.

What We're Looking For

Passion for ethical and sustainable coffee. Experience with manual or slow-brew coffee methods. A calm, welcoming attitude with customers. Good taste awareness and attention to consistency.

Designed with natural, forest-inspired elements. Focus on low waste, reuse, and minimal packaging. Quiet, modern, and relaxed environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
