Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide variety of coffee and beverages (hot and cold) with consistency and attention to detail. Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment efficiently. Handle billing and POS software quickly and accurately. Take customer orders and ensure excellent customer interaction and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and cafe area. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Barista or in a cafe setup is

mandatory

. Proficiency in preparing various types of coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, etc.) and beverages. Ability to learn and operate billing/POS software quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak hours.
