The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas, while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring a pleasant cafe experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve all types of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment safely and efficiently.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe area, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments, and balance cash register at the end of shifts.
