Job Summary:

As a Barista, you'll be the face of our cafe, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and helping maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting space.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customer specifications. Maintain knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and brewing methods. Provide excellent customer service--greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and cafe area. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift. Follow all health and safety guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but we'll train the right person). Passion for coffee and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Ability to stand for long periods

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
