You have a deep understanding of coffee and brewing methods.

You've got a natural flair for connecting with people.

Experienced:

You have at least 4 years of barista experience and killer people management skills.

What You'll Do:

Coffee Mastery:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and artistry.

Brew to Perfection:

Grind and brew coffee beans to achieve the highest quality and flavor profiles.

Latte Art:

Expertly steam milk to create velvety micro foam for lattes, cappuccinos, and more.

Customer Engagement:

Take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations with a smile.

Workspace Wizard:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Equipment Guru:

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, performing routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.

Trendsetter:

Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

Team Player:

Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Coffee Passion:

A genuine love for coffee and creating memorable experiences.

Barista Experience:

Proven experience with coffee brewing methods, extraction, and latte art.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional attention to detail in every cup of coffee.

Multitasking Pro:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Flexible:

Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
