Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, beverages, and light snacks Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and work area Interact with customers politely, take orders, and suggest menu items Restock supplies and maintain inventory of ingredients

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a Barista or in a cafe environment Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Passion for coffee and hospitality
