Job Profile

Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service during their visit Preparing a range of different coffee drinks including cafe latte, cappuccino etc. Handling Stock management and inventory of goods at cafe and warehouse Building / merchandise high end product variety for cafe. Build on hamper and gifting ideas in tandem with store heads for festive gifting and everyday gifting Coordinate orders for cafe and hampers, including client liaison for orders, accounting and achieving delivery timelines. Timely stock check and management of perishables with expiry dates in mind. Update weekly and daily stock of cafe Cleaning and maintaining espresso machine and other equipment, managing any repairs when needed Coordinate for timely vendor payments Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Skills Sets

Good knowledge of brews and beverages Knowledge of coffee preparation from roasting and grinding beans to pouring coffee Good listening and communication skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. A polite, engaging personality Proficiency in Excel
Job Location: KNK Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai

Office Timings: 10.30am to 07.30pm

Work Experience - Minimum 3 years

Salary shall commensurate as per experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
