Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders efficiently.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, tables, and work area at all times.
Manage daily stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Handle cash and billing transactions accurately.
Engage with customers and provide recommendations when needed.
Follow all health, safety, and food handling standards.
