We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Barista

to join our cafe team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our cafe, creating a welcoming atmosphere while expertly preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light snacks. If you have a passion for coffee, a commitment to quality, and a desire to provide excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, teas, etc.) Operate coffee machines and equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers, etc.) Maintain knowledge of the cafe menu and make recommendations to customers Ensure quality control and consistency in beverage preparation Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, workstations, and equipment Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Comply with food safety and hygiene standards Support team members in daily operations and opening/closing tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous barista or cafe experience preferred but not required Passion for coffee and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
