We are seeking a smart and passionate Barista to join our vibrant team at our cafe in Kannur. If you love coffee, enjoy creating delicious shakes and mojitos, and thrive in a fun-filled environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, shakes, and mojitos to customers.

- Ensure high-quality standards for all drinks and food items.

- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.

- Engage with customers to provide a warm, welcoming experience and respond to inquiries.

- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

- Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of coffee making,drinks preparation, and mixology for shakes and mojitos.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Passion for coffee and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
