Job Description

A bar floor staff job involves delivering drinks/food, taking orders, handling payments, cleaning, restocking, and ensuring great customer service by assisting guests and maintaining a welcoming, tidy environment, working closely with bartenders and management for smooth operations and stock rotation

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet guests, take orders (in-person/app), serve drinks/food, handle payments (cash/card), and resolve issues, providing recommendations.

Bar Maintenance:

Keep bar counters, tables, floors, and equipment clean; wash glassware, polish utensils, and empty trash.

Stock & Inventory:

Receive deliveries, organize stock (FIFO method), restock supplies (glasses, garnishes, napkins), and report low inventory to management.

Team Collaboration:

Work with bartenders and kitchen staff for timely service, communicate effectively, and assist with setup/breakdown.

Operational Support:

Assist with event setup, perform opening/closing duties, and follow health/safety standards.
