Assistant Creative Director (ACD)

Total Experience: 4-6 Years

We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Creative Director to lead and manage the creative direction of our projects and campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts that effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience.

1-As an ACD, you will execute and oversee the video production process, from shooting to editing, to ensure that the final product aligns with the creative vision. Video production knowledge is a must have.

2-Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the visual elements of a project, including graphics, typography, and layout. You will collaborate with our team of designers, writers, and producers to ensure that all visual elements are consistent with the overall creative vision.

3-The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to successfully execute creative concepts across various mediums. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

4-Should have knowledge of short video formats like Reels, Youtube Shorts etc. and the trends associated with these platforms. Video effects and tricks like creative transitions and catchy effects are a must have for this role.

5-Should have experience with product videography as well as model videography.

Responsibilities:

Team Management - Manage a team of designers from various backgrounds with various skill sets

Visual Direction - Conceptualization, Ideation, and Creative Direction for Photography, Videography & Campaigns Communication Design

- Instagram Branding, Design for Digital Ads, Emailers, Campaign Videos, and Explainer Videos

Brand Design - Brand Personality, Tone of Voice, Identity Design, Illustration, Animation, Brand Guidelines

Packaging Design - Product Nomenclature, Packaging Design, Visual Design Systems, Unboxing Experiences

UI UX Design - Website Pages, Banners, Overall Look and Feel, Brand Personality through Visuals

Requirements:

1-Degree in Fine Arts, Production, Content, Graphic Design, or related field

2-Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role

3-Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities

4-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant softwares

5-Excellent communication and leadership skills

6-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
