Job Description

Guest Service:

Greet customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide courteous and professional service.

Order Taking:

Accurately take drink and food orders from guests.

Drink & Food Preparation:

Prepare and serve beverages according to guest preferences and established standards.

Menu Knowledge:

Possess comprehensive knowledge of the bar and food menu, including ingredients, prices, and standard cocktail recipes.

Payment Processing:

Handle cash and card payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate and processed through the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Bar Maintenance:

Keep the bar area clean, well-stocked, and organized with all necessary supplies and equipment.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and coordinate tasks.

Inventory:

Assist with monitoring and conducting inventory of bar supplies.

Problem Solving:

Address guest requests, handle complaints professionally, and report maintenance issues to supervisors.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, including those regarding alcohol service and safety procedures.
