Job Description

:

The Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service by preparing and serving craft beers, cocktails, and other beverages with precision, efficiency, and professionalism. This role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining bar hygiene and inventory, and upholding the brand standards of the microbrewery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and guest preferences. Educate guests about the in-house craft beers and brewing process, enhancing the overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar area at all times. Manage bar stock, including daily requisitions, breakage, wastage, and closing inventory. Handle POS billing, guest interactions, and feedback professionally. Support in setting up and closing the bar efficiently. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Coordinate with the service team for smooth operations during high-volume hours or events.

Guest Experience:

Consistent positive guest feedback and repeat patronage.

Operational Excellence:

Accurate and timely beverage preparation with minimal errors. Compliance with bar SOPs and hygiene standards.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Maintain accurate records of consumption, wastage, and breakage. Support in achieving beverage cost targets.

Sales & Upselling:

Promote in-house brews and upsell premium beverages. Contribute to achieving bar sales targets.

Teamwork & Conduct:

Coordinate effectively with the F&B and floor teams. Maintain professional grooming and conduct at all times.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
